If you won on the 11th Aug and it was this one - it was a total of 2 boxes not 2 of each so you have double

20 of you lucky souls will each win two boxes of our Bircher muesli each – one of the Almonds & Honey and one of Raspberry & Blackcurrant. Our fruity Bircher mixes use finely milled oats and dried fruit that can be soaked in as little as 30 minutes, for a cooler, creamier muesli.

It says "two boxes of our Bircher muesli each "
So everything is correct, I received the right quantity.

Looks like you had two of each = 4 boxes, I think the prize was 2 boxes each for the 20 winners (one of each type)

It says clearly 2 BOXES OF EACH CEREAL!!! And then clarify that its one (meaning kind of cereal, exact name!) Almond & Honey and another one Raspberry & Blackcurrant.
I got no more and no less!
    What is the problem??

It's two boxes for each winner, one of each type, if it was two of each type then they would say so as per this week when the prize is a "case" (4 boxes)
two boxes of our Beautiful Blueberry, and two of our Raspberry & White Chocolate.

Correct - two boxes of each type of cereal and therefore 4 boxes. CORRECT!

Correct for this week when the prize is 4 boxes, your win was when it was 2 boxes for each of the 20 winners consisting of one of each type for a total of two not two boxes of each for each winner and it clearly states one of each unlike this week when it is two of each

Can you read English well? If you can, then it crearly said 2 boxes of each cereal for every winner!
Sorry but I am no longer going to waste my time to proving you are wrong!!
