I waited ages and then 2 lots arrived within a week :)

    When did you win? :)
  • I have found the main problem is they send by courier and if you are not in they don't leave them. My daughter won but it was such hard work trying to get a redelivery that she gave up in the end. (they don't deliver Saturday either)

Why do they make everything so difficult - to wait for 6 weeks, to miss the delivery and then not be able to receive the prize?
I have to admit that their customer service in relation to giving prizes is awful!!

Today, rang their office number, told the person who is dealing with it is not in so they will pass the message to him. They said the same to me before when I rang, but the problem is that that person is not returning any calls, not answering the messages!! What is the best way forward?

You have been chasing them far too soon and far too often.
Allowing for the bank holiday this week is the earliest I would have sent an e-mail and then allowed a week for a response.

I think you have sent more e-mails for this one small prize (I have never phoned to chase one up) than I have in total from well over 500 prizes won and received - I can count on the fingers of one hand the number I have needed to follow up.

It would not happened if they just sent out the prize within 28 days period!

One week between emails was allowed for them to answer. Its just bad customer care on their side. First ever email to them was just to ask if they got the details of where to send out the prize.

By the dates from the first post you were chasing them up before even three weeks had passed.

You may not have noticed but they are in the middle of a product recall because some of the allergens information has not been "bolded" correctly on the boxes, even if this does not involve whatever your boxes are it is probably where their priorities are at the moment.

I appreciate that but a quick an apology email from them would been nice!

I've just received email saying the cereal will be delivered tomorrow.
Thank you all for your help.

I received my prize today, 2 boxes bircher mix amond & honey and 2 boxes bircher mix raspberry & blackcurrant. I thought it was 3 each as it was advertised at the time of a game? Is anyone who also won this remember what you received?
