Dorset cereals

Is anyone else has won some cereals on spin to win dorset cereals competition? I won on 11/08/16 and still waiting. I contacted them a week ago and they said it can take up to 28 days to deliver prize according to their t&c. They promised it last week. Now they dont answer to emails...

They're quite slow with prizes - am sure there was a similar post on here 6-ish months ago.

I did win once too but can't remember how long it took.

    Well done :)

Won on the 11th, without even taking the Bank Holiday into account it's still not due and you chased them a week ago, cannot be a surprise they don't want to spend more time responding.

I agree with the above quoted comment. I'm uncertain why you are being so impatient. Most comps you need to wait up to 28 days. You waited around 19 days before chasing it up and a bank holiday was included in that. Then you say they told you last week it can take up to 28 days which still hasn't passed and then finally say they no longer respond to emails. This means even after they told you about the 28 days you have continued to email them. I'd be a bit miffed if i was them and probably wouldn't respond either anymore as you aren't listening to them. Just try to be patient.

  • The cereals always take a little while to come - about 5-6 weeks, but they always arrive.

What to do if they will not deliver it after 5-6 weeks? If they keep ignoring calls and emails. Its now been 5 weeks since the win.
Can it be written off after some time?
  • Personally I would wait another week and then contact them again.

I would ask nicely had they forgotten to send out prize.
The person dealing with it may be on holiday etc.

I think my prize came about 5-6 weeks after winning. HTH
