At the moment I'm using more gas than I'm paying for but on Zog's statements they state that generally there will be times of high usage and times of low usage and that over the year it should even out.
When I've been with any of the big six as soon as my usage went up, ie winter, then the dd would rise accordingly.
I'm in credit with the electric and am paying more than I'm using.
I'm quite philosophical right now because it's still early days. But it seems that both Affect and Zog are being quite sensible in their account management which makes me feel positive and hopefully I've done the right thing.0 -
