Thin Credit File

Hey,
So I got declined for a mobile phone contract before the weekend. Mortifying! Anyhow, it got me looking into my credit score, etc. When I checked earlier in the year it was good, and it still is, however, a couple of things bothered me:
1. Equifax are the only credit agency to have the incorrect address for my bank accounts (which I updated over 6 months ago with the bank!). Getting this changed is turning out to be a right faff. Anyone else had a similar issue with them?
2. It turns out that I have a thin credit file. This makes sense- I'm 24 and live in university accommodation. My opportunities to build credit are few and far between. I have no utility bills to pay, no mortgage to pay off; the only thing I do have is a credit card, which I pay off in full each month. Any suggestions on how to build up my credit file? Is it worth switching my credit card to one like Aqua or Barclaycard which claim to be credit boosting? Such a vicious cycle- you need credit to build a credit history, but you can't build a credit history without getting credit.

All credit cards serve the same purpose. Use it and clear in full each month.
You are already building a credit history (and you have credit). You just need more time.0
