Parking Ticket for the court where i live

If you are a tenant, then by parking against the wishes of the management company/residents association you risk being evicted for failing to comply with the terms of your AST. Also, the MA are quite entitled to remove the offending vehicle if t is causing an instruction.
It is because of tenants/leaseholders parking more cars than they have spaces, and occupying spaces set aside for visitors, tradesmen etc., that MA bring in PPCs.
As a landlord I would have no hesitation in evicting a tenant who consistently contravened the terms of their AST.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
The flat is owned, we do not have a landlord for the flat so will not be evicted? The people that park on the corners are not blocking any access.0

"The lease says each flat has 1 parking space only, I assume though that's because they haven't allowed any other space to put any other spaces. There is several sets of flat courts next to each to each other in a loop so there is no spare land to create any other spaces."
what does the full wording say ?
is there any mention of permit enforcement ?

I don't have the lease on me now to check what the actual wording is, but as far as I'm aware there was no mention of permit enforcement. This is something they have decided to enforced recently not from the beginning.0

Then you may be able to get the charge cancelled, but it does not give you carte blanche to inconvenience others. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

I always park as considerately as possible and do not block any access.

If she is doing what she says then it seems you're being a bit harsh on her when she is trying to mitigate the situation as much as possible.
The problem lies with planners who allow too few parking spaces with blocks of flats, or govt policies that insist that too few parking spaces are provided in an effort to "look green", when real life throws up situations such as the one the OP finds herself in.0 -

I disagree, there are plenty of blocks of flats with two or more parking spaces, but usually they cost considerably more than those with only one.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Thanks, the debt collectors are DRP yes. Will they be able to take court action of any kind against me?
Is it best for me to ignore them then?
