PLEASE HELP: financial association?

I've not had to do this myself, but based on posts in this thread it would appear to be difficult. According to many punters affected by this type of CRA abuse you normally have to supply a host of personal details about the other victim - DoB and current address, for example.

Well I must have got lucky then...
You certainly did! Have you looked at the form from Experian and the information you need to supply to enable them to "consider your request to remove your financial link"?
Maybe you took the alternative approach:
"Dear Experian,
I do not have a financial association with X. If you continue to publish material that suggests the opposite I will consider it libellous and initiate legal proceedings against you.
Yours etc."

Many thanks to all those that replied. I was able to to fill out the financial disassociation form, well filled in as much detail as I could and the financial associations have now been removed.
thank you for your help0 -
Sorry for all the questions, you've all been really helpful...just had one more and then leave you all in peace!;)
I've now had all "Financial associations" removed from my experian/equifax report as I dont have any joint/active credit agreements and havent for a very long time, so now everything "looks" up to date....My question is:
When you ask for a "financial disassociation" from a person, does that mean all entries/links are removed from that person, no matter how long ago or would I also have to start listing older addresses that are not showing on my credit report? (have 8years of address listed but know financial associations stay on file "forever".
Thank you again
Sorry to take up anymore of your time....and thank you!0
