Hello,
Thank you so much I phoned sky and by saying I wanted to leave they have reduced my monthly bill for line rental and broadband from £31.40 to just £10 per month. I followed the advice and didn't take their first or second offer but I was happy with their third offer so I have bagged a saving of £21.40 a month - yay. Thanks
