Yes, there are houses selling every day and what? How can you be an uni lecturer when you think one single sale affects the trend?
Just watch the linked data, are you able to understand it with your phd?
What a wonderful contribution.
I'm surprised that anyone can understand anything that you post.0 -

yet another HPC who doesn't understand that they're just the other side of the same coin - speculators who are short and have been very wrong
their only pleasure is the misfortune of others because somehow 'they' are to blame for their own actions (or lack of in this case)0 -

I don't buy into your 'trend', you should have bought in early 2014 when you 'found' a house that you wanted to buy. I suspect that you will end up eventually paying more, especially when all the rent paid in the meantime is taken into account.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

We are expected to believe your fairy tales but you can't believe someone has sold a house, houses sell everyday one down my road went under offer last week after being on market for a couple of weeks asking price much higher than similar property sold for last year.
Is he actually doubting me? Strange time to call me out, when I can (and will) so easily prove it.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

I don't think I will pay more, even though I am in much better financial position than in 2014.
Paying rent is actually not that bad in the current climate especially when you factor in falling prices. I've seen a house 100K cheaper than last year.
I am actually happy with how things are happening at the moment, while prices are falling 50-100K per year I am actually saving a lot of money by renting.0
