Zenith Collections

Looks like the debt has been passed on to another company.

Without Prejudice
... outstanding is £149.00, Please accept this letter as official notification that Zenith Collections are now responsible for the recovery of this debt.

"It is our intention to collect this debt and pursue it to a legal conclusion if necessary"
why add if necessary?? the last lot said they were advising NCP I be taken to court. why are they sending to another company?

We are prepared to accept a reduced settlement figure of £79.00 to avoid possible necessity and expense of legal action

We urge you to act now to take advantage of our discounted settlement offer of £79.00

I am now never going to accept this and will welcome a day in court if that is what they want... I will keep all of these letters from debt recovery agencies as the fee they are asking for is astronomical and I wont pay.

I will however never in my life use an NCP car park ever again...

On a side note: their Bank Sort code is identical
RBS 16-00-01
Accounts differ, but I bet these companies are actually the same company broken into smaller ones

We've known for years they are the same firm, this is nothing new and no updates are needed. They even use the same facsimile signatures for their fake staff names:
