Purely anecdotal but the "ex-demo" I took out for a test drive (current plate job with I think under 10k miles) was also the courtesy car for people who had their cars in for work, while I would hope people would treat such a car with respect, I can't help but think some would treat it with less care than their own which puts me off.

For various reasons I won't go into, I did around 10K miles in a pair of courtesy cars last year.
They felt every single one of those miles keenly, I can assure you.0 -
