My bill jumped from 11.95 to 38.35 when I phoned to query I was told they were moving systems some customers discounts were deleted but team are looking into backlogs. This happened for a second month and I called and got a refund.

I had the same issue with the same excuse, but mine was only £2.50 increase. Got refund this month but then another £1.50 increase. I explain to them I have it in writing, orange sold it to me as fixed for life and it's guaranteed. I asked on many occasions, so what your saying the price won't change at all, sales guy replied in a email nope fixed for life as long as am happy to stay on that deal it won't change. They have said now they would do a £1.50 refund for 12 months but that's all they can do, your on a rolling contract if you don't like it leave. If your sold something they should stick to it, it was the siding factor back in 2012 to go with orange than BT.
Waiting to here back from complaints team at EE now I have sent them the email with the sales pitch from an orange salesman.
