The infection my never fully clear up until late tge implant is removed as it may now be acting as a foreign body

Infection cleared for now but as I am not able to pay for surgery to remove the implant/screws till insurance reneval (Nov), Zara has to stay on antibiotics till then to prevent it coming back.

It does not help that FR is not very communicative when Zara's current vet asked for details about her surgery there as he needs to know exactly what was used to be able to remove - mentioned something about specialist screwdrivers etc. FR are just not returning calls... Guess he needs to borrow a camera and pretend he is filming - may get somewhere with them
