A little late, but here are my 5 by xmas (only 5 for this challenge? Awesome!)
2 carried forward from the Autumn Challenge:
- Monu primer
- Benefit Confessions of a concealaholic kit
and 3 others:
- Catrice Nail hardener (this has been going for ages, and I need to cut down on base coats)
- Organic Surge hydrating eye cream (there is loads of it!)
- Neal & Wolf Nourishing hair oil (Hair oils and serums are a problem area - I'm not a huge fan of this one, but want to finish it before starting another)
No more UUs for me, but just painted my nails with Nails Inc Gel effect in Chiltern Park - lovely and bright0 -
Elizabeth Arden lip gloss. Writing so tiny, I think the colour had the word heather in it. Too lazy to look for my bifocals. Take forever too use up.
In a bottle of conditioner as a gift from the hairdresser after my visit today.
Avoided any purchases in the duty frees. Proud of that
Lancôme discontinued my perfume, so don't know whether to use it up wildly or hoard it!0 -
I had been trying to remember when you were going to York, we are spending next weekend near Shefield and hopefully catching up on some family members and them move on to York for 6 nights, looking forward to lots of window shopping and perhaps a little real life shopping too. Will mention the Dungeon to OH:D
If you decide to visit the dungeon go online to buy your tickets. Ours only cost £10 each. The tour takes 75minutes. We thought it was excellent value.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

2 more UUs last night.
Emma's bottle of Aussie shampoo. Cut it open and found minuscule amount. Not enough to cover my head so used a travel sized Bumble and Bumble shampoo that has been sitting in my bathroom forever. Not sure why she was saving it so this will be gone next.
Vidal Sassoon conditioner that came with hair colour kit. Have a bottle of Aussie to cut open next and the corresponding conditioner before I move onto the new L'Occitane ones.
Speaking of L'Occitane I see there is a TSV today. I'm not buying as its full of travel sizes. I know I could give them as gifts at work but will wait before buying any gifts just yet.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I'm back from my hols in France with no INs (despite being SO tempted by the L'Occitane shop at the duty free) and a couple of UUs:
Malin & Goetz peppermint shampoo
Malin & Goetz rum body wash
These were small bottles from a hotel stay but were really nicely scented and didn't mess with my sensitive skin.
Also a TA in a mountain dew lipbalm. This was a gift and I've persevered with it for ages despite it sending my lips green and smelling sickly sweet. I decided I didn't like it so got rid.
And I forgot I have an IN - Quantum Riveting Reds shampoo. Loving this stuff despite having to get it delivered from the States, now on my second bottle. It's difficult to find decent shampoos for natural redheads and this one is really good although expensive."Why, this is hell, nor am I out of it."0 -
I have a few sample UUs
Sachet of &otherstories body lotion WBA as smelt lovely! Can't remember of top of my head the name, also have no idea what costs for a bottle but WBA in principle
Sachet of Sunday Riley ceramic slip cleanser based on this trial I WNBA texture was a bit weird didn't seem to do a lot really middle of the road, because of the name and the fact it has clay in I thought it would be like a clay but it's like a biege gel
Teeny pot of Sunday Riley blue moon balm cleanser WNBA not into the chocolate orange scent at all. Also not a patch of Emma Hardie balm cleanser.
Few in samples
Sample of Lancôme foundation, sample of Lancôme serum, sample of Lancôme moisturiser
Another sample of Sunday Riley Artemis oil0 -
Another UU : 8ml tub of L'Occitane Uktra rich face cream. Love this. Maybe repurchase when I've used all my moisturisers up.
The name of the LUSH mask is Brazened Honey.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

I've lost track of listing UU's, but more and more of my bathroom shelves are becoming visible!
All was going well, till DD2 came over today with several bags of toiletries. She is off to uni, has gone 100% vegan and buying less, but better quality products. She didn't want to just toss her high street products, so her supplies completely restocked her younger sisters, her dad with 6 tubs of hair gel and me with 4 boxes of hair dye!No buying unnecessary toiletries 2014. Epiphany on 4/4/14 - went into shop to buy 2 items, walked out with 17!0 -
I have 4 INs to declare - a small bottle of Next Paradise perfume and 3 mini Dr Organic skin lotion tubes (they were £1 each and I thought this was a good way to test the quality of the products). My current shower gel is now down to about 50ml of product remaining and I have a few products with lid off and/or a few uses left so hopefully I'll add even more to my total by the end of the month.
2 UU
Norwegian Formula Nourishing Body Lotion with Nordic Berry 250ml - I got this on clearance somewhere. It's a good quality lotion and it dries quickly. I also really liked the scent which is slightly akin to watermelon. The pump bottle was great to use when in a rush. WDBA.
Superdrug Cherry & Macadamia Body Butter 200ml - This body butter made my skin really soft and smelled like cherry bakewells. I'd definitely buy another body butter from Superdrug if I needed some.No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries 2019 Total UU since 2016 - 396 | Total February UU - 10 -
I have some uu's
Soap & Glory Sugar Crush Body Butter 300ml - WMBA, I love the smell of this range and the body butter does what I want.
Phil Smith Expanding Thickening Cream 100ml - WBA and have another with a slightly different name in the stash, gives some texture to my roots without being sticky.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler
