Viagogo Won't pay me for my sold tickets

I sold my tickets on Viagogo as a sate sale.
The site operates a system wehre the tickets don't go on sale until they receieve them. In this case they counted them as arrived the moment UPS scanned the tracking label. They sold for £369.60 a few hours after dropping them off on Tuesday 23rd of August 8:41 A.M.
The event was Reading festival on the 26th.
The UPS letter was received on the 25th of August. There was a delay of one day in the delivery due to a sorting issue.

Now after the event I see that my Sale was refunded to the buyer! Viagogo guarantee that sellers who fulfil on time will get paid for their sale. Yet the website says that I won't be paid. I gave the ticket to their chosen agent on time (the UPS label was generated by them).

I can't get through on the phone as each time it just says they are unable to put me through to an agent.

I have messaged them on their help zone. But I need some advice please :) and any contact information anyone might have. All their phone numbers don't let be speak to a human.

thank you for reading :)

I would think that they may argue that there was no sale therefore there is nothing to pay to you. The tickets didn't arrive in time for them to pass them on to the buyer so Viagogo have ended up with no money.

The issue then is the delayed delivery by UPS, whether that makes them in any way responsible for the failed sale, and if it does how much their liability is. You'll need to delve deeply into the Viagogo T&Cs, and possible the UPS ones too.

As above, check in detail the T&Cs. However ... since Viagogo arranged the courier then YOU have no recourse that way as you have no contract with UPS.

This sounds like the way the contract is constructed is one-sided, in favour of Viagogo, so you may be able to make a claim against them due to Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations. But IANAL so you'd need to take proper advice on this.

    Thank you for your replies.
The tickets are made available by Viagogo to collect at Reading festival on the day of the festival starting. I can only assume that they decided to cancel because of the delay.

"When You sell tickets on viagogo, provided you provide the exact tickets listed for sale and the ticket Buyer successfully gains entry to the event, viagogo guarantees that you will be paid for your sale."

The trouble here I see is the buyer didn't enter the festival, although it was because Viagogo didn't give them the ticket. not really my fault.
Maybe they couldn't process the ticket on time, over night.

Do you think that I have recourse in light of this?

Sorry, the UPS letter contained the Tickets. Letter = Package
Viagogo instructed me to put the tickets into an A4 envelope for shipping via UPS.
    so the time line is:
Tuesday shipped and sold, delivered thursday, event Friday. Collection of tickets for customer available on the Friday at the event.

I had to look up the UPS tracking number myself to get the information about the delay
