Do not use the appeal shown in Martin's parking tickets guide because, although it has been improved a bit recently, it still has the fatal line 'the reason why I parked like I did was'. And it wrongly tells people to cite mitigating circs at POPLA stage. No.

I have emailed MSE Megan this month, to point out the errors to try to clean it up.

So, use the blue writing appeal as shown in the NEWBIES thread, as already linked for you earlier. DO NOT name the driver. Can you show us the postal PCN please, both sides (cover the name, address, PCN number and car reg but leave all dates visible). Host a scan or photos of the PCN, both sides, on tinypic or Dropbox or photobucket.

You are a newbie so you cannot post working links so break the URL by changing 'http' to 'hxxp'.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Don't forget that the appeal is first to the parking company then to Popla, assuming they reject you and supply a popla code. Put draft onto here before sending though.
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.
