3G models

I'm still interested in the 3 2 1 PAYG system offered by 'Three'. I understand that I need a phone capable of 3G. If I limit the manufacturers to a small number, say Samsung, Apple, Sony, HTC. Would members be able to quote the earlier model numbers/idents that are 3G. This info would assist me in searching for a second-hand item.

It would be easier for you to say what you're interested in and someone can confirm it for you., you mention Sony, HTC, Apple and Samsung, almost all smartphones made by them in the last 6-8 years are 3G capable.

The cheapest 3G phone I've seen is this Kazam Life B5 for £15.99

With respect Dave; I am starting from such a low knowledge base that I do not know. That is why I am asking for the model no's of 6 to 8 years ago. I chose those manufacturers names because they are well known and have a reputation to protect.

If this works, this should give you a list of 3G capable handsets from the makers you mentioned made between 2007 and 2013
