the SUCCESSFUL COMPLAINTS are in a sticky thread called SUCCESSFUL COMPLAINTS (or similar) , in the crabman sticky thread, which was collated by the MSE staff into one thread despite objections from the rest of us
you may well find complaint letter examples in that thread too
why does everyone want a template for any letter writing nowadays ?
when I was at school (back in the dark ages) it was part of the english language curriculum
even the idiotic parking companies use templates to warn about using templates !!
as mentioned above by CM , each complaint is bespoke because circumstances are different0 -
Sorry I'm causing confusion but it's the official copmplaint form to thCSA I'm looking for and I was advised on Pepipoo that it had been put on this site by schoolrunmum
I most certainly don't need templates to write a letter.0 -
Thanks for your reply Ralph. I'm actually trying to help a carer who comes to my wife in dealing with a June 2011 charge from Excel. It is now at the bwLegal stage along with many others.
Sorry to be a pain but I can't find those two links you mention.0 -
I dont think they were posted anywhere on here except in a few threads, CM probably posted them in the LOVENORFOLK ongoing thread with those types of complaints inside it, but she has not amended any sticky threads recently to my knowledge
(you can check the sticky thread post amendment dates at the bottom of each post in those threads)
perhaps if you had been more specific in the first place we would not be pointing you at threads that dont have what you require ?
in any case, any of those complaint letters will be ones posted by GAN over on pepipoo , or a combination of altered ones by GAN and SRM (SRM over there is CM here)0 -
those 2 links link to the main parking forum you are posting in for link 1 , and the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread - 3 threads down on this main forum you are posting in, is link 2
both links work for me
no idea why you have 2 threads for the same topic, I suggest you PM crabman and ask him to merge them into one thread0 -

I pointed you to the LoveNorfolk thread over 24 hours ago in your other thread running simultaneously. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

As a self confessed compiter dummy it was gross error on my part to finish with two threads. No intention to irritate anyone at all.
What does PM crabman mean then I will do it0 -

no problem
go to his sticky thread and click on his name
select send message (top left below his name) and ask him to merge the 2 existing threads of yours on page 1 into one thread0
