Go back to page one of this parking forum.

Click on 'NEWBIES please read these FAQS first'. The thread you needed to read first, before posting.

One of the first links in that thread, is 'Successful complaints about PPCs'.

Check a thread by LoveNorfolk, I think they are the ones to which SRM (known here as Coupon-mad) refers.

They are not templates per se, but good examples. You should read them carefully and if you are to use any, make sure you adapt to suit your circumstances. Do not copy and paste them blindly.

Yes I did but it was my first effort and I didn't think it had worked.
Now I've found it but I can't find anything that looks remotely like Newbies on page one. Where is it?

OK did that. Didn't realise it was a thread I had to look for.

Who do you want to complain to?

There are none, as such, just examples of wins which show threads where people have almost certainly shown what they wrote. You could copy/adapt one if you really are struggling to write a simple email or letter.

Why would a complaint be written as a template, like a robot version? Anyone can write a decent complaint and it should include your personal views about the scam. Template complaints copied verbatim and sent to the same landowner/retailer would lose all impact and credibility.
