3 Network Problem - Go Mobile wont cancel
I'm so annoyed!!! :mad::mad::mad::mad:
Went into a Go Mobile shop in my hometown to buy a Pay As You Go Sim Free phone. They basically persuaded me to take a contract out for £16.00 a month with no upfront cost which made sense as I would need to top up £15.00 a month anyway. I explained that with EE I know that I have no signal at my house as a relative struggles with it. The rep said that 3 network has excellent signal in the area, so I took out the contract. I took the phone home (this was Saturday) and I have had no signal since. At home it is emergency calls only and we live in a three story house. I have come to work this morning and signal is very poor. I am using this as a business phone and my website my business profile all have this number on it and existing and new clients cannot get hold of me. My next issue, Go Mobile don't offer a 14 day cooling off period and when I phone 3 network, they have done loads of checks on the phone and confirmed there is nothing wrong with it. They say I have a cooling off period but I need to go to the shop.
WHAT ON THE EARTH DO I DO???!!!! I desperately want to cancel but nobody will help me and now I am paying £16.00 a month for a service I cant use!
PLEASE HELP!!

Have you got wifi at home? Download the three in touch app ti get a signal via wifi.
It gets mixed reviews but works for me at home.0
