If this is indeed the location then GSV helpfully has images from October 2012 and there is a VCS sign in place in the same location on the wall. However it doesn't appear to have the same wording as the current version. I have a sneaking suspicion that the sign doesn't relate to the car park.
It looks like one of the standard formats but its the wording in the white section that counts.My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
