Hello folks,
Sorry - follow up my previous post which has lost visibility and I need to try and get some info on how best to act. (unable to post URL due to being new user).
It was advised in my last post to just copy the blue text into an appeal but I am infact appealing because they're saying I didn't buy a parking ticket but I did (but can't prove but the ticket machine should show it). Do I still use the blue text which refers to signage being inadequate or do I do different?
Thank you so much as this has me worried.

This post should only be in your original thread. Posting duplicate threads doesn't provide context and certainly doesn't encourage regulars to post, as we deal with so many threads each day, and most won't be searching around a manic forum trying to link up with an earlier thread.
Sorry, this isn't meant to be harsh, it's just the way things are. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I totally understand, as I said I tried to link to my old one but was prevented due to being a newbie and instead provided the information here instead.
Sorry to have posted again, just worried as I need to make my appeal in the next 2 days.0 -
Find your original thread, then copy and paste your question in this one into the original, no need to link, as regulars are still unlikely to chase around.
Regardless of the events on the day of your parking incident, you just send off the blue text appeal, unaltered, as is. The objective is to get a POPLA code where it can be used to get this killed off. Any initial appeal has a greater than 95% chance of rejection - no matter what you say in it.
