Yes - from the first picture on that link, I would have said it was a duck egg blue and not 'Spring mint', but as Scorpionde says, the painted wall is a totally different colour.
Given that the tin looks so blue, I'm not sure you're entitled to a refund, but you may find they do one anyway as a goodwill gesture.
I didn't say anything of the sort. What I am trying to establish is whether this is all over a pot of paint that cost £9.0 -
hello yes its a pot of paint that cost £9 and i have 3 of them so £27 all together. they had no testers in the shop at the time and have not had any for a while. but think i have worked it out as on a white ceiling the colour is green but on the cream wall it turns blue. so i will fix it by painting the room white then using the paint i have bought.0

It doesn't matter that you had 3 tins as, as I said at least twice, any large shop will exchange unopened goods these days; Homebase certainly will. Only the one you had opened was significant. Painting the room white will cost you a lot more in terms of time and money than writing off the £9 and getting another colour of paint, but it's your choice.0

In the product details it describes it as 'green' ... I'd agree with the others though, the photo of the tin looks blue and the photo of the wall looks green.
It's not one of those paints that changes shade once it's dried, is it?:heartpuls Mrs Marleyboy :heartpuls

OP says that he is comparing the final colour with the retailer's web site and pictures of rooms painted by other users.
Pictures (photos) and monitor screens will always give different shades of colour unless they have been professionally calibrated. You only have to visit Curry's and look along their lines of TV screens.all showing the same picture to see the variations in colours that they show.0
