Marks and Spenser

Well after getting my marks and Spenser credit card in June via the link I have only just got my £30 voucher and that was because I emailed them and they had not sent any.
Then the code they sent did not work online I spent 30minutes with customer services via webchat (on m&s.com not the bank part) who also could not get the code working but had previously had the same problem with other customers.
The lovely person did honour the voucher but what a farce!!!!
