I don't understand the contradictory comments that you didn't pay "out of principle" and "issues when I am not able to purchase tickets."
Nobody here will condone bilking.
However, all the answers to your questions can be found in the Sticky thread for NEWBIES, although if I understand correctly you have ignored the original PCNs. That has not been advised since the law changed in 2012, so wherever you got the advice to ignore is 4 years our of date.
Please confirm whether you ignored the PCNs or are (correctly) ignoring debt crawlers.
If you have ignored, there is nothing stopping you from making a late appeal since the UK Government says you should be able to do this for up to a year after the alleged event.I married my cousin. Simply I'm freaking out
Why? Rhetorical question, this doesn't need any discussion. You missed these threads:

Whatever you do, do NOT contact DRP and DO NOT name the driver to anyone because CP Plus cannot hold a keeper liable and they do not know the identity of the driver (not even from their cameras). CP Plus do not do court and DRPlus cannot (they are a debt collection call centre churning our computerised letters, that's all). Stop letting it wind you up.
Relax. You could have merely searched the forum for 'Debt Recovery Plus'!
BTW - stop parking in car parks without paying the tariff - you have got that completely WRONG. No-one here agrees with that behaviour.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

"So I awkwardly work for a hospital"
No idea what this means?
No idea where the advice to ignore came from.
No idea what not able to purchase tickets means.
No idea how such a stroppy I didn't pay out of principal attitude, turns into an I'm freaking out attitude.
A £100 per day charge is not really justifiable but £1 a day is.
But you can ignore debt collectors, though you are in for a rough ride now!0 -

So I awkwardly work for a hospital and I didn't pay for the 1 quid a day parking fee. Out of principle. Anyways I got a 9 or 10 car parking tickets on car. These were from CP plus.
Then got letters saying outstanding amount to be paid blah blah blah. These letters Also from CP plus but also has parking collection services name attached in the letter.
Followed the advice and ignored. Now received a letter from DRP - debt recovery plus. Basically saying I have to pay and they give an example of Supreme Court case that occurred between motorist and a non typical parking charge. They are saying pay or debt collectors and courts be involved. I have till 6th sept to reply to them ! 😳😳😳 only got letter yesterday.
Simply I'm freaking out !!!!!!!?????? Shall I contact them fighting the case ? All these tickets I received were issues when I am not able to purchase the tickets - though they May Say well u shud be prepared !
Also how can they justify a cost of 100 quid for a 1 quid all day parking ?!!?!?
Please advise what I shud do please help guys

This reader worries in which capacity and at what level op 'works for a hospital'.
'9 or 10 car parking tickets on car' - exceeding the permitted number of exam. resits by far.

I deleted the post as it obviously offends others. Yet u feel it was necessary to repost. That quite upsetting for someone that was asking support from another human being. I understand it can be frustrating to see post after post. But that's very harsh to do. I did it as I upset others.0

Nope, no one was offended, but your post was very confusing and made no sense, you then just deleted it with no explanation.
You were helped by CM and would have been helped further if you had come back with some sense.
We get some real time wasters on here and some that just seem to want to wind people, up your vague post seemed very fishy.0 -
Well I wasn't a time waster, I was just purely panicking. And while typin I prob got confused. And after seeing replies I was quite offended and didn't want to reply back!!! I did as people advised. I looked and looked around on all the posts. I replied to cp. and got a reply. And started a new thread and was quoted to come back to this thread and then I see all the other posts in my absence of it.
So wud people be open to seeing my reply from cp ?
Not a time waster.0
