Problem with amazon return

I have strange problem with amazon.
I have ordered graphics card from them And it came without any accesorries ,I have contacted amazon chat and they told me to send this back .
I did that ,DPD collected my parcel and reached amazon 2 days later and since then Nothing happen in my order details.
I have contacted amazon and they told me this :
This is regarding the investigation we launched for the item you said that you have returned.
As we have launched an investigation our returns team confirmed that there was no return received towards this order.
I appreciate your understanding. We look forward to seeing you again soon.
What I can do now?I don't have item and money...
Something like this never happened to me(I have returned couple of items),anyone had similar problem?
Tracking is telling me Your parcel has been delivered and signed for by DIRECT TRUNK at 08:40 on Wed 03 Aug 2016.
But they are telling me they Did not get it..

Possible that they haven't processed the return yet? It could be back but just not processed on the system, thus the CS agent will have no record of it.
May be worthwhile to try again in a few days.
Also, get the proof of postage ready just in case.0 -

Amazon are normally happy to refund as soon as the goods are in transit if they have arranged the uplift.
If you haven't followed Amazon's returns process properly then you may have to wait some time for your refund.
Why didn't you simply request that the missing accessories be despatched to you?0 -
I've had this where Amazon sent DPD to me to collect a faulty item, I got given a receipt (thank God) from the driver to say collected then heard nothing more on it from amazon.
So after about a week I checked my Amazon account and the order still said it was waiting for me to return it??
so confused I emailed Amazon who advised that this had never been received back and was obviously lost by the courier, but as I had proof of collection he refunded me but only after I hope in touch with them chasing my refund.
But even after my refund came through, some weeks later I had another email from amazon asking why I'd never returned the item!
so it seems that their system is pretty over run with returns and things are getting missed.
So keep on at them.
I am guessing like me they sent DPD into you? if so the onus is back on them.0 -
Amazon have started really cracking down with returns. Basically people took the !!!! for so long ripping them off with PC components, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, games consoles ect that they are now checking and rechecking everything before issuing refunds.
Previously just seeing that it has been delivered to the Returns Centre would have been enough for Amazon to issue a refund, now it will be waiting to be checked to make sure you have sent the correct thing back before the refund is issued - generally doesn't take too long.
Provided you have returned exactly what you have received you will get your refund, just be a bit patient.
It's a shame that a company who had really customer friendly policies have had to change that because some people basically took it as an invitation to steal.0 -
They will also close accounts of people who have to many returns.0

How have you been speaking to them? Via phone or webchat?
Have you categorically told them that the package was collected by their agent, you have proof of this - so any loss or damage that has occurred in transit is their liability and not yours?
Have you tried a chargeback with your card? This option could in theory see your amazon account suspended/blocked but then if they're that bad, surely you wouldnt be using them again anyway.You keep using that word. I told them all this but they only telling me they never got it..

Not sure this is correct. Like another reply, I returned a non working item and was sent a refund as soon as it was posted (not even received at their returns centre) - last week. I was quite surprised as in the past when I've returned items (not done it for a while), I waited until Amazon received it. If anything I'd say Amazon have speeded up refunds.0 -
