Reverting to original tv package offer?

Hi just after some advice,
I was recently on an offer for sky tv/phone/broadband (still a few month left to run on the contract) but the broadband was just regular, so I wanted to upgrade to fibre. I upgraded this for an extra £5 per month. Next thing I know I get a bill stating the full price for the TV/Phone and and then the fibre on top costing £20 more than the original price I was paying. My question is, If I call and cancel (as I'm in my cooling off period) will I revert back to my original offer and the remaining time I had left on my contract or will I have to pay the remaining time back at full price?
Thank Dave.

Ring them and ask to speak to a manager (you may be lucky) for an explanation.
Staff do make mistakes, as I found ;last year, when someone accidentally renewed my broadband only, omitting line (I got a confirmation email). A manager was consulted and this resulted in my getting an even better line deal than was originally offered but not implemented.
Unless you had a definite linked tv/phone/bb bundle , tv and the phone/bb should be independent contracts, so changing bb should not affect tv.However, you are only allowed one offer per product, so taking the cheap fibre may have invalidated any current bb/phone offer.0
