I like mashed potatoes with tuna and cheese stirred into them,simple but tasty.
Mash a banana with some peanut butter and some chocolate spread then mix in some ice cream for a higher calorie pudding.
Make semolina on the stove top then add some soft peaches and raspberry jam0 -
Struggled with the cottage pie until it went cold but I managed some of it and it was quite high calorie with all the cheese etc so I got up to almost 900 calories yesterday.
I have a load of cooked broccoli left from the dinner I made the rest of the family yesterday. Going to puree it with some carbonara sauce tonight see how that goes down.
Might make a bullet tea today to help get my calories up. Anybody tried it? I know lots of people have bullet coffee but I've went off coffee.£36/£240

How about ice cream smoothie milkshakes made with full fat milk and good quality dairy ice cream? You could always put a shot of strong coffee and vanilla in to make a lovely iced coffee and it might be possible to sneak in some whey protein or similar to up the nutrients.***Mortgage Free Oct 2018 - Debt Free again (after detour) June 2022***
