  • I like mashed potatoes with tuna and cheese stirred into them, simple but tasty.

Mash a banana with some peanut butter and some chocolate spread then mix in some ice cream for a higher calorie pudding.

Make semolina on the stove top then add some soft peaches and raspberry jam

Struggled with the cottage pie until it went cold but I managed some of it and it was quite high calorie with all the cheese etc so I got up to almost 900 calories yesterday.
I have a load of cooked broccoli left from the dinner I made the rest of the family yesterday. Going to puree it with some carbonara sauce tonight see how that goes down.

Might make a bullet tea today to help get my calories up. Anybody tried it? I know lots of people have bullet coffee but I've went off coffee.

  • How about ice cream smoothie milkshakes made with full fat milk and good quality dairy ice cream? You could always put a shot of strong coffee and vanilla in to make a lovely iced coffee and it might be possible to sneak in some whey protein or similar to up the nutrients.
