Well thanks for that but the man on the phone said they only have until friday to make a decision and he phones me on tuesday night asking all sorts of strange questions about 13 years ago i cant even remember last year never mind 2003 and even asked me if i can prove my companies redundancy policy before friday now c,mon.Also when i had previously phoned that department they told me they only worked mon-fri 9-5 so not to phone them after those hours yet they phone me while i am trying to eat my tea at 6.30.Forgive me for being so suspicious but i have had dealing through rbos with other money matters before and know not to believe a word they say as they will call you a liar to your face unless you have proof,

It's a shame your tea was interrupted, but they're giving you the chance to provide as much evidence to support your case as possible. They need to do a thorough job.

They don't necessarily expect you to remember everything, so just say if you don't remember.

If you said in your complaint you had a redundancy package, they'll ask you about it. If you said you had savings, they'll ask you about them. If you said you had good sick pay, they'll ask you about it, etc etc.
