I can't believe EE think their new rates are going to encourage customers to stay with them.

There is no reason at all to be stuck with the high call rates mentioned, when the EE Call Abroad add-on costs nothing and reduces rates to single figure pence a minute to most destinations, as a default before looking at any of the other provider possibilities mentioned above.
