  • hi there,

Can anyone confirm what years were actually affected?
I had an account from 2007 -2014 and paid interest for over 4 years

    Thanks!

My friend and I had the exact same account -- student account from 2008-2011, which then became a graduate account after we left uni in 2011. We both then opted to increase our overdrafts from £1500 to £2000 at the same time, and then both had maxed out overdrafts for the next few years. She got £800 back last year but I didn't hear anything, and when I rang them they said they didn't know anything about it. I can't help but feel that they're trying to keep it on the down low -- has anyone else had this experience?
