In your place I would frame it and put it on your wall and read it every day.

You'll be able to do that yourself one day, when you buy a house and don't need a landlord's permission to hang items on the wall.

Actually what will happen is that I keep going on saving much more than my rent, invest in myself in the meantime and if conditions do not improve I GTFO of here and spend the money somewhere else. Thanks for the nice education by the way :D

I don't think you've learnt anything or even attempted to TBH. You just needed to blow off some steam.

Pretty sure he claimed that reduced asking prices reflected a crashing market as well. This new joker is just as confident it seems. I wonder how long he'llstick around for.:D

Hopefully not for too long, I've tried not to come back multiple times, but it is too funny. Its like a freakshow, you HAVE TO watch it...

This is how crazy things are in inner London

    http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-54100876.html

    16 Oct 1995 Terraced, Freehold £68,500

On sale currently for £1 million.
The bloomin stamp duty costs more now than the house did in 1995!

Whats more it looks good value to me. So were prices too low in 1995 or are they too high today?

We know exactly what you mean, but maybe what you need to reflect on is something along the lines of:

How come everyone seems to think completely differently to me? Could it possibly be me that is the one who has things mixed up?
