  • All well and good, but this doesn't cover the chuggers who come door to door (and can't read a bloody "no cold callers" sign) and/or stand in the street.

    Any charity that breaks these rules should be fined £1bn per breach that comes straight out of the CEO's taxed income.

    How about simply removing the charitable status from the predators who use commercial collecors and/or high pressure methods, no matter if they use phone, mailshot, TV campaigns or chuggers.

    Because they have truly lost the plot as far as charity actually goes!
