He hasn't mentioned anything about an audit, I was told 48 hours on Monday but haven't heard a thing since. Everything's just on hold waiting for this offer, my solicitor is ready to do her thing as soon as it's received so just dying to know it's done.
Everyone whos dealt with Natwest that I've heard of has said they're usually pretty quick too!
And of course I used the tracker and it hasn't moved to 'offer' (I know they're not reliable but I can't help myself ha)0 -

If an offer has been issued, you broker will get it via email, with you copy and your conveyancer getting theirs in the post.

Well we have been notified that our offer has been issued (by NatWest not the broker)...
Now we've been told we need to get ATP from Help2Buy but I thought we already had that before we applied for the mortgage.

Bit of an update...
Valuation went ahead on Friday.
Received a letter on Saturday saying that they were looking into my application, which also had an account number at the top of it (good sign?).
Leeds have contacted HR at my work for information which i'm guessing is due to my recent pay rise (only the most recent pay slip had the increase on it)0 -
Good luck CookieM, there's nothing worse than waiting it'll all be worth it

Natwest contact my partners HR for the same reason, just usual checks I guess!0 -
Thanks

Yeah it's a bit of a painful wait, hopefully i'll get there in the end!0 -
Just had word that the application has proceeded to final offer checks. Anyone know what this entails?0
-
Precisely that, the final checks before an offer is made to ensure everything lines up.0
-
We got our offer the day after the final checks were before done (obvious thing to say I know)
Natwest told us it was just to make sure they had everything they needed before they sent out our offer
GOOD LUCK

Mortgage offer has just come through
A little under 3 weeks from application to offer.
Just need the housing association to approve the offer and then i can get the solicitors doing their thing.0
