I've had my Demon address for 22 years, moving house would be easier than changing it!
I reckon you need to start paying up then. Edit: Although it seems odd if they haven't emailed you about the change.

Given the choice between Exchange Online and Office 365 Essentials, I seem to remember the O365 version adds Sharepoint (and I think Skype for Business) for a little more. Sharepoint is a bit odd but comes with a good chunk of cloud storage.

I still have had no communication from Demon, the only email I receive from Vodafone is the monthly invoice for £12 for the SDU.

edit : the invoice says Vodafone, the email comes from a thus.net address and demon.net email addresses appear in a number of places on the invoice!

  • Whilst I am a Demon customer on an SDU / TAM account, I haven't had one of these emails.
Mine arrived today, so they've made it to the dial up customers at last. Have set up an account with namesco, waiting for the DNS to transfer and we'll see how that goes.

£50/year vs £12/month is a saving, I suppose. Sad to see the name being killed off by Vodafone, they were groundbreaking in their day and some of the things they implemented (extensions to SMTP for example) eventually became standards.
