Napier Parking County Court Claim

They always say that. You just add their intransigence to your defence.
You should now consider sending a Subject Access Request to Napier (max fee £10) to get all the information Gladstones say you have plus the other stuff they are trying to hide. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Further to the letter above from Gladstone's they have sent the following letter. https://www.dropbox.com/s/11qmxhzguvkvdgv/Capture%209.11.16.PNG?dl=00

Have you received court papers and submitted a defence?
Were you given a court hearing date?
Who is that letter from (whose letterhead?)?
It looks like you've had a default judgment against you. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Did you agree that the case should be dealt with by papers? If not, ring the court and try to get to the bottom of this.
You might be able to get this set aside IF you have good reasons why you did not attend court, but it will cost you £255, and you won't get it back if a set aside is not granted.
Failing all that, you need to pay the judgment amount by the deadline, otherwise you're in line for an unsatisfied CCJ, credit rating plane crash and likely financial grief for the next 6 years.
What the hell went wrong here? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
