Ee contract changes again.

So I've just had a text from ee that on the 28th September they are changing the cost of my out of bundle services. I've had this before and couldn't cancel however I do actually use the out of bundles so can I do anything about this? Ideally I'm due an upgrade in October and have been itching to upgrade earlier so if this means I can I will happily accept the changes if not I'm looking to move on.
