Outdoor Revolution 4.4 problems

Hi. I am after a little advice. I purchased an 8 man air tent (900 pounds - Outdoor Revolution 4.4 oxygen ozone) in January as it was on offer, I couldn't find any reviews on it so thought because it was a reasonably new tent that that was the reason. I got it out for the first time a few weeks ago to air it out before we used it for the first time and one of the tubes was slowly deflating. I called Winfields who advised me to contact the manufacturer (OR) and they sent out a replacement valve and repair kit in the post. My husband put in the new valve using a you tube video and it seemed to work. We took the tent camping for 2 nights and woke up to a pool of water at the bottom of the tube and the tent was blowing a gale through the vents (on a very mild 2 nights with slight rain) we gave the water at the bottom of the tube the benefit of the doubt and packed it away and used the tent again the the week after for 2 nights. One of the tubes was bent and didnt inflate correctly but was sturdy so we left it and the inflated tube above the porch door wouldn't inflate fully so was flopping, we ended up using the other door. We woke in the morning to 2 pools of water at the bottom of two of the tubes (no rain that night, just dew)
I have contacted winfields who said they have rang Outdoor revolution and advised me how to get rid of the kink in the tube and thats it, so we got out the tent in the garden as didnt want to risk doing it on our next camping trip in a couple of weeks and it worked, I have not heard anything back from them after emailing them back to say it had worked but to state that i am still not happy at paying all of that money for a tent which has had 2/3 faults in it been put up on 2 occasions. Do I have rights to get them to replace the tent? two reviews that we have found online now state that double digit pallets of the same tent had to be returned due to faults and no-where seems to have it in stock any more (including outdoor revolution.)
Thanks in advance and sorry for long query, just wanted to make sure I got everything in.

They've told you how to fix the "faults" and you say the remedies have worked. Only if you can show the tent is generally not fit for purpose will they replace it.

The mistake you made was to buy in January and not test it out until months later...

Yes we have fixed then ourselves but there is still the issue of water build up and a porch area that doesn't stay up so we can't use it without walking into it. We only didn't try it out as we havnt had the weather and assumed that it would be of good quality. Surely they should be able to take the tent and test it and they will see if it is faulty or not?

After such a long period, you may have to arrange and pay for an independent inspection.
