Advice needed please

Hi guys, I'm not sure what to do on this one but I know I'm in the best place for advice.
I won a trip to New York in May from Sleep Retreat Hotels, I got confirmation straight away and they couldn't do enough for me. I paid for an extra night and flight upgrades for me and my mum which was £440.
Since I made that payment the guy I spoke to is really hard to get hold of and won't e-mail me back. I can't get a ref number from them for my flights, I got in touch with BA and they have no record of me.
I have just been messaged by another prize winner from May for a spa day and she is having the same problems.
Do I wait? Report them ? What would you guys do ?

If you're worried and paid by credit card I'd try and cancel the extra day etc

Ooh that's an uncomfortable feeling. I hope it's just a simple matter of the person dealing with it on holiday or off sick, and it all comes good for you.

Before reporting I would try everything possible to get in contact. Not sure because you haven't said if you have tried phoning them and twitter etc. Surely someone there must be able to help you. The phone number is on their facebook page if you need it

Well apparently this has happened to a few people so I would be wary about entering their competitions.
