Hi Guy's, thanks for helping all grown up, I directed her here from facebook, as personally, I feel this is the most helpful.
Pepipoo's okay to, especially if you need that train spotter degree of detail !
Here's the pic she's been trying to post. I think she's up to the popla appeal stage, and it has to be in by Friday.
The "pay the fine" bit got me a bit tickled. Obviously not heard of misepresentation of authority.Illegitimi non carborundum:)0 -
if its at the PPC appeal stage, just use the blue text template from the NEWBIES sticky thread
if its at POPLA stage, read this thread and the links I posted in it

I'm at PPC stage and should I attach that photo to it?0

:wall:
What you need to do at this stage has already been explicitly explained more than once.0 -
I've copied and pasted the text, as advised. I asked about the photo.0

Does the advice say to add photos or other extra information? No ... it says to use the appeal exactly as it is, to stop people inadvertently using "I did this" type statements, thus giving away a key appeal point if it gets to POPLA stage.
Save your ammunition (such as the photo) for POPLA.0 -

If you are at PPC stage, in other words, the first appeal, to the parking company, then ...
You
send

in
blue.
It's like a decent bread, nothing added, nothing taken away.
They are not allowed to use 0871 numbers or add card charges if it takes the total over 100 quid, or excessive card charges at all. (Even 1.50 would be an excessive charge since it only costs a few pence for a card transaction.)
This would be additional appeal points if ou are at PoPLA stage on top of all the other ones you will find here.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
Advertising or promoting an 0871 number without mentioning call costs alongside breaches Ofcom regulations and can be reported to ASA.
More importantly, the use of an 0871 number in this situation breaches BIS regulations (Trading Standards is the route for this complaint) and the industry Code of Practice.0
