SOLVED - connection changed from 40MB to 71MB at 1am
on august 7th i requested a regrade with EE from fibre standard 40mb to fibre plus 70mb
its almost the 22nd and the EE tracking still says the request for regrade is still open order and status provisioning in progress
i had no email confirming the change/regrade/order, phone support didnt help. any ideas?
