cash for golas no email reminder!

shouldnt be surprised but remembered about the cash for goals i registered for after spend £700 on a new tv from currys.

when i went through my emails to may when i bought it the email says visit the website between 15-31 july to claim your cash.

i forgot, they didnt send a reminder email so lost out. wonder how many other people did. im annoyed as its clearly a conscious decision not to send a reminder email so people forget.

and more annoyed with myself for forgetting! shall i try complaining?!

Nowhere here does it say anything about "reminder emails".

Number 14 says (my emphasis) "To make a claim you will need to visit the Website between 15th July 2016 and 31st July 2016, and enter your ... details". That suggests to me the onus was on you, not them to go back there during that window.

Also number 15 says (my emphasis) "The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss or delay to the Claim because you have lost the verification email or receipt. Any claims received after the 31st July 2016 will not be processed."

Complain if you wish but its there in the T&Cs in black and white. You're most likely wasting your time, ink and stamp.
