Vodafone Boradband and Phone Line Service

I am writing this Post to make people aware how terrible the service with Vodafone Phone and broadband "easy switch service" they are completely useless and incompetent, and they are mis-selling this service by telling customers that they will arrange everything and on the date allocate all you have to do is plug in the router and the switch over takes 5 minutes, reality they ended up moving the date twice they didn't port the number that I have had in my household for 20 years despite giving them the number 8 times, the broadband went live 5 days ago still cannot get my number and its a complete mess I am now moving back to Sky completely crap if I end up losing the number I will be taking legal action against Vodafone and complaining to Ofcom, my advise is stay away from Vodafone
