Manchester Egypt Return Flight Changed

Booked Flight 10th August 2015 for Flight departing Manchester 22nd April 2016 returning 06th May 2016 from Egypt.


On the 20th April 2016 received a plain old email cancelling my return flight and bringing me back 3 days early. No reason give.
After speaking to Customer services, Only option given was to cancel or come back early. Cant cancel at the time as I thought I would loose all the money paid to Insurance, Car Parking and the Hotel.
Didn't have any flight extras for the return journey had to pay again for those.


Am I able to claim anything for this ?

over 14 days notice given = no compensation
options were rebook or refund
sounds like you took the rebook - were there any other airlines operating the route on the original day?
not sure what "flight extras" are, but I would have thought these would have been transferred over from the cancelled flight so should not have had to pay again so would claim for refund
