Parking scam?

Hi all, I'm new to this forum but after googling and researching there is clearly a lot of chatter on here about my problem so I really hope you can help!
I was issued a parking ticket by premier parking solutions last week. I parked in didcot station car park, paid for it by ringgo for 6 days parking. I collected my car a day early, and on that same day a few hrs earlier my car had been issued with a £100 ticket, simply stating unauthorised parking. I've appealed to them asking why I was issued with a ticket, I sent pics of my car, pic of the ticket, snapshot of my ringgo paid for and actually collected 17 hrs earlier than I had paid for!......I got the standard robotic response that I must inform them if I am the driver and must provide an address and that that will be the last correspondence unless they get my address. After doing some research I was advised whatever I do, do not give them my address, this is what they want so they don't have to pay to get it from the Dvla, and then of course they can start with the threatening court letters etc. I replied saying I will give them my address when they can provide evidence and pictures of my so called contravention, I have obviously had no reply. My husband then called them and they said unless I provide all the details they won't even log it as an appeal. So they are not allowing me to appeal. I have read on another legal beagles forum that I should not have contacted them at all, it's too late for this obviously and I thought they may have made a genuine mistake and not checked ringgo and honestly expected them to reply saying it was cancelled once I sent all the evidence as I am not in the wrong. This is clearly not the case. I need some advice please on next steps. Their website says they are a member of the BPA, yet they are not listed on the BPA's Website. Popla from what I have read need the appeals verification number before they will consider it, yet I don't have this number because of course premier parking solutions won't acknowledge my appeal.
I will call popla on Monday and explain the situation, but I genuinely was not in the wrong, and had paid for parking, it's not even like I over ran on the meter or anything, can anyone advise please? This is stressing me out and I don't want threatening emails or texts now or the bill to rise when I haven't done anything wrong. Please help!

Can't remembe exactly but it sounds like the same bunch of clowns that sent out several hundred PCNs for violations hat didn't happen in the Orchard Centre last year, I got one for parking on a day and time that I could not possibly haven't been there, I wasn't in Didcot and I wasn't even in the country after a bit of a fight and bad publicity from the media they backed down saying their ANPR system had a faultI hate football and do wish people wouldn't keep talking about it like it's the most important thing in the world0

now an IPC member (although they might be corporate members of the BPA)
Premier Parking Solutions Ltd
01/03/2016
pps.uk.com
so not BPA and no POPLA either
the NEWBIES sticky threads the position on IPC members and the sc@m system known as the IAS
the PPC has 6 years to pursue it in court
doesnt matter what YOU want , they are in control now they have hooked you and will make you squirm like a worm on that hook
this is why its such a sc@m and so far the DCLG have done nothing about it0 -
premier parking solutions has lied to you.
If they want your address as keeper they can get it from the DVLA
Parking companies are now trying to get drivers details which they are not entitled to because they are finding it difficult without.
To say they will not deal with you until you provide these details is a fabrication in their tiny minds.
Sad that you contacted them but such is life.
However, you have positive proof that you paid which you have advised them of.
If this was me, I would write a FINAL LETTER to them inviting them to take you to court where you will show the proof they ignored.
I really do not think a judge would accept this rubbish
Appealing to the IAS is pointless, these scammers all crawled out of the same cesspit
They may well ignore your FINAL LETTER and start the stupid debt collector rubbish and these debt collectors are low life who reside in the bottom of the cesspit WHO YOU CAN IGNORE because lurkers from cesspits have no power ..... they just love to scare.
As long as everything you say is correct they would be plain idiots to go further .... but my memory tells me that premier parking solutions are idiots anyway0 -

Do not 'phone anyone! Never, NEVER, ever 'phone a parking scumpany! NEVER!
You can't contact PoPLA because as Redx has said, they are IPC members not BPA.
Please read the Sticky thread for NEWBIES. This will explain the whole process and how to respond to these invoices.
I would suggest the best thing for you to do now is wait to see if you get a NTK, then send the IPC template you will find in the NEWBIES thread if/when it arrives. You could then add a copy of proof that you paid, but make sure you don't give away the driver's details. This assumes you haven't already given this away when you contacted them originally.
Remember, never 'phone them again.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0
