    Hy
I did it again and have the dvd's delivered to my mother in laws that way i can take advantage of this offer.
I have that many dvd's coming through the door now i could start renting them out myself :D lol
    Hello again
  • On Quidco it says this:

To receive your earnings you must be signing up for your first no-obligation free trial. If you use a promotional code in conjunction with this link you may not receive your Quidco cashback

So looks like you will only get the cashback for the first free trial and you won't get any cashback if you use a code.
  • Thanks for this - I recently finished a free trial with Mymoviestream, and am awaiting the free DVD to keep from this, so another 3 months films & games (you can use it for game rental too!) is excellent! :)

Isn't it a bit meanspirited to keep doing this? Clearly the intention is to allow people to try, risk free, the service. By trying to get free DVD rentals "for life" with cashback these sort of offers will soon end.
  • Thanks for the link, i used one ages ago but changed my address just a little bit and they didnt recognise it so i am getting another 3 months free rental.

All you need to do is use a different email address and change your home address a little, like add an extra letter at the end of your street address.

It's not really... it's a loophole in the offer, not the offer itself that is the issue. Any company that has a glaring loophole in its system like this needs to be punished for hiring somebody so incompetant.
    SS Christmas Challenge: £109.90
  • i did this 3 months ago and it accepted the code after i re-activated my account, but the cashback never tracked in quidco. i didn't really expect it to as i didn't have a new account with lovefilm.
the 3 months free rental were worth it though. will try it again next week if they don't offer me anything when i ring up to cancel.
