Not sure if this has already been posted. It's certainly a nice little earner for them.
That figure equates to 4 million requests at £2.50, which equals £400,000,000 if everyone paid at the £100 rate. Think I'll go and buy a car park for my pension fund !

Pity you can't opt out like you can the council voting registration form.
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

Actually, it is not just PPCs who use this service. I have twice requested RK details of towrags who park on my land against my wishes.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

Agency is legally entitled to pass on the information from its database:mad:

That's because the government make it legal AND they already know of the antics of companies like UKPC (mentioned once again)

Stricter controls are required to cover abuse from these PPC's

The government and the DVLA has given birth to the biggest scam in the UK

    The article also says
"'The most vulnerable people in society just pay up"

Theresa May in her opening speech outside number 10 says she will help the vulnerable in society so come on Mrs May start by getting your DCLG to wake up and start protecting the motorist

When Teresa May said "help the vulnerable" she meant ensuring that the poor, downtrodden, rich Tory supporters who have to pay even 1p in tax on their massive amounts of money no longer have to pay any tax at all.

Actually MW, she meant poor buggars like my good-self and my Memsahib, providing high quality accommodation for those who. for whatever reason, do not wish to purchase their own property, working our fingers to the bone, and being heavily taxed on the modest returns we receive for our enterprise and investment.

The entirety of our old age pensions go straight back to the taxman, plus a lot more..

The Philip Greens of this world are unrouchable.
