was it £30 for the event day , or the parking for the day?
what are the "charges" on the PE invoice ?
when you parked there, how did you pay0 -
Well upon entering the car park there was a sign that stated the prices for the "day" and the differentation between the vehicles types. The ParkingEye charge is £120, being discounted for the next 14 days to £60.
When I parked there I paid cash...0 -
Parking Eye CANNOT charge £120
please scan and host the PE ticket , after removing your name and VRN
I did ask previously WHAT offence did you commit?Save a Rachael

I am outside the country and my brother is at work now, will scan and host my PE ticket tonight. The offence is for overstaying as I parked around 19:30 and left around 23:30 and ParkingEye are saying that I am allowed to stay for 1 hour only, as long as I remember. My first letter was send back in the beginning of June. Thank you for your help, as this is my first parking charge since I had my driving licence seven years ago and really don't know what to do.0

It looks very much as if you have been conned by bogus car park attendants, if so, complain to the police. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

I believe you have been sc@mmed by bogus operators on a retail park that allows one hour to park , and to leave
PE only charge a maxuimum of £100 for defaulters , so the £120 seems bogus , the people with hi vis jackets on seem bogus and this sounds like its fraud and should be reported to the police
meanwhile , you still need to draft a popla appeal based on legal arguments only , not this £30 paid to fraudsters0 -
The charge for parking here on event days is indeed £30, if you follow this link, and look for the terms and conditions it explains it, so the charge is valid and not a scam.
What exactly do PE say you have done wrong, there is a complaints procedure you can go through with the site and the PE charge should certainly not be £120:

in that case it looks like the OP has not done the following that it explains on that siteIMPORTANT: On SSE Arena or Wembley Stadium event days flat rate event-day parking tariffs will apply: £20 on Arena event days and £30 on Stadium event days. Please check with the Parking Office in Red car park Level 0 for further information.
On event days guests spending more than £40 at LDO’s shops, restaurants and/or Cineworld will be able to park for the normal tariff of £1 per hour for the first six hours (offer excludes pre-booked parking).
Your ticket MUST be validated at Red car park office or LDO Guest Services before exit.0 -
