Charlies Direct - Warning!

I have just bought a Kingfisher Knapsack Pressure Sprayer from Charlies Direct. When I used the sprayer for the first time two leaks appeared on the top of the pump through a fault in the cap. Clearly this is dangerous when spraying weedkiller .
I asked for a refund or for Charlies Direct to provide an alternative replacement through another product. No response to my request and no refund!!! After reading other reviews it appears that their standard response to complaints is just to ignore the complaint!

As you don't appear to be asking a question, rather venting / raising a warning, your post would be better served here:

Please PM a board guide to move it.0 -
The OP has posted three threads on this issue already..."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

sorry for my ignorance but I have no idea what 'Please PM a board guide to move it.' actually means, however, I did what you suggested and put the post on another area of the site via the link. if I could fathom a way of deleting my original post then I would. Then there is the issue raised of having 3 posts on the same subject which is not correct. I have posted one issue via venting / raising a warning on a faulty product and also posted one issue via venting / raising a warning on an internet review site. They are linked through ordering a product but involve separate companies0

If you go back one page (to the forum list), board guides are listed at the bottom. Click a name and on the profile page there is a Send a message link ... click that.0
