Fraud on Bank Account

Hi - hoping someone can help!!! I called my bank today as there are cash withdrawals that I do not recognise. Taken from a ATM I use however it seems random amounts (and big amounts). t seems to happen when I have taken some money out then it shows around the same day for 2 - 3 days monies taken out and over a weekend! Totally around £1,600!
I was told by their fraud team that it had to be someone taking my card from me and replacing it !!! My next step was to go into the branch, find out specific times the money was taken out, go to the ATM (in a local shop, think they do have cameras) review the film and check who was at the ATM at the time when the monies were taken!!! Then they may look into it!!! Advice please! I

If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0

Well for starters I don't see you getting access to cctv that quick, you will need to go through the proper channels.0

You really need to repost (without the hysterical punctuation) on a more appropriate board, I would suggest
Budgeting & Bank Accounts0 -
I'd also recommend for security purposes that you invent a user name for yourself when posting on forums such as this one (I'm guessing you've used your real name)0

Could someone in your household be using your card without you knowing?0

Most, if not all ATMs have a camera built into the machine so there should be clear footage of who made the txn0 -
I advise you to go to the branch as they suggested. If a fraudster was using your card, it wouldn't be at your usual ATM, does sound like someone is using your card and replacing it. Where were you when the transactions were made ?0

One post asking for help and advice over 3 weeks ago and nothing since doesn't really strike me as someone who was really desperate for help or advice at all.0
